Booking
A booking is an entry into BookingsPlus to reserve the availability of a bookable space within a specific time frame for a specific client. This could be a one off date or could have multiple recurrences within the booking.
Booking Item
A booking item is an individual date within a booking. One booking could consist of 52 booking items - one for each week.
Enquiry
An enquiry can be received via your website or input manually, and do not count as a booking. They are simply an enquiry for a specific space for a date/time, so that you can respond and hopefully book them in!
GoCardless
GoCardless is built on Direct Debit, a pull-based payment method. Clients complete a simple online mandate to authorise you to collect one-off payments.
Host
The host is the person attending onsite on the day of the booking.
Stripe
Stripe allows your clients to make payments to you via debit / credit card
